I joined EY this week. May i know whether are any good benefits to know during the first few months?

Is it realistic in big law to take 20 days of mostly uninterrupted vacation time a year? My firm has unlimited and my group doesn’t take more than a couple days off a year. I like the work and people but there’s no way I can or will stay long term without being able to take 20 days of real vacation a year for my health and to live my life. Firm policy says while vacation is unlimited they encourage 20 days. What’s the temperature in the room on this ?

Want a better car, how much can I spend? 500 HHI, all expenses 10k a month including 3.5k mortgage, maxed out 401k, 529, and even fund after market investments. Stayed simple and have only 1 car, a small hatchback (gti) and have 1 son is sprouting and is heading towards 6 ft at 14. Want to upgrade but never bought anything fancy. Am I allowed? 😩

If you could change / add one benefit for your firm that you've had in a previous company, what would it be?

At EY is I was reimbursed for a stationary bike 2 years ago. Would EY reimburse me for a road bike this coming year? There's a stipulation that says every 5 years but I'm not sure if that means for another stationary bike or if I can get a road bike and be reimbursed.
