Applied to a Wharton Dual Degree at their IPD program. Still waiting to hear back from them but got rejected from the MBA program. If hypothetically get accepted into IPD, would it make sense to go there vs another school for MBA ?

Has anyone heard or experienced going on maternity leave, then leaving shortly after returning? I'm hearing from my husband's company if he takes pat leave, and leaves shortly after returning, he'd have to repay the wages paid while out on leave. Is this only for pat leave and the person who gives birth wouldn't have to pay back as it's technically disability pay? Trying to weigh my options as I want to get out of my company, but want the mat leave first.
