Good question! Yes I use AI including Chatgpt to analyze and pull insights from compiled stakeholder interviews. Think cleaned up interview notes in a spreadsheet and using prompts to analyze across all responses to each question to gain insights. I also use AI for communication development specific to the need and audience.
AI can also be used to analyze survey responses to measure change progress. Hope that helps!
Remove the employee names and references to the client organization. The data should always be cleansed before loading it into any AI tool. The key here is to extract the themes and insights (assuming interviews or survey data) without any references to company or person.
Per ChatGPT: If you’re referring to Content Management (CM), the application of AI to enhance content management processes and tools for a professional services firm like the Big 4 can be approached differently. Here are ways AI can benefit content management:
1. Content Classification: AI can automatically classify and tag content, making it easier to organize and retrieve documents.
2. Content Recommendations: AI-driven recommendation systems can suggest relevant content to users based on their preferences and history.
3. Search Optimization: AI can improve search functionality, ensuring that users find the most relevant content quickly.
4. Content Creation: Some AI tools can generate content or assist in content creation, such as chatbots for customer support or AI-powered writing assistants.
5. Content Analytics: AI can provide insights into how content is performing, helping firms refine their content strategy.
6. Content Security: AI can detect and prevent security threats in content, such as identifying sensitive information or potential breaches.
7. Metadata Extraction: AI can extract metadata from content, making it easier to manage and track digital assets.
8. Content Personalization: AI can tailor content to individual users, improving engagement and user experience.
It's still helpful for Change Management anyway if you think about it. It's helpful for me so thank you for posting. I'd hope the consultants I use are creative thinkers and polite at the very least. The best place for angry criticism is Reddit not here.
Yes, when I am conducting discovery and asking change-related questions in a technical context, I use AI to enhance my in-depth questioning. I also utilize it to prepare for any initial meetings. Additionally, I employ it to enhance my communications.
Oh that's a good idea 💡
My company doesn’t allow the use of Google Bard or ChatGPT on their system. But they offer training on Generative AI - so maybe we aren’t the brightest.
Most global multinationals wouldn't I think until they develop their own secure AI tools. Plus you can't and shouldn't send out data so unfortunately not too much use on the data front for me for now. Which is upsetting
