So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

I work for a bev alc brand so we’re are somewhat limited by the 3 tier system and govt regulations. We are usually behind other brands in this area. I would love to hear any new and innovative ideas.

Me too. Our legal team keeps apologizing for killing creativity 🙄
Liquid Death does merch drops, wild branding, and community vibes. Makes you feel in on something, not just racking up credits. For my team, we saw better results turning loyalty into surprise perks like random freebie, early access, DM-only code. Avoid being transactional.

You had me at Liquid Death. I love a lot of their work. I’ll definitely check it out.
Huge oversaturation of the loyalty programs, download the app, and get the card that you have to carry, keep track of points, oops, they all expired. A lot of customers didn’t want the hassle of it, and I understand that. Glossier is one of the more creative ones I’ve seen, focusing on social media and encouraging the UGC.
Sometimes, too, the points are complicated, I don’t want to do math or constantly have to spend 5,10,20 more dollars to “unlock” the next level. Think we’d see more use if it were simple on a lot of those programs.
I don't know how fresh I'd consider it, but I buy from Chubbies a lot and think they have a pretty good loyalty program. I use rewards for money off on just about every purchase. We're currently trying to get our loyalty program off the ground, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. For anyone out there considering loyalty platforms, steer clear of Yotpo. It's nowhere close to worth the price tag.

I work for a B2B and we are constantly trying to get people lower in the funnel through social media, but the real loyal customers are those who feel like they are gaining more value for their $$$. Rarely it ever has to do with awesome content or company values.

That it. People need to feel like they are saving or getting something special every visit. I don’t know why some brands minimize that by substituting it for other experiences.
As a customer I must say, I feel like Sephora has a really good rewards program. Even when I can get something somewhere else, I always try to get it at Sephora first because I want to rack up points faster.
