Are there good practical perks from your employer? I found most of them such as theme park discounts or hotel discounts are not really usable or practical for us.

We've got a pretty great perk through our insurance for multiple gym memberships for around $20 a month. A lot of them even include classes, so that's been more than worth it for me.

We just got 5 passes to an amusement park today! It will be going to good use for us, and nice to have with how crazy pricing has gotten. Do completely understand, though, how a lot of people would be less enthused. Think it should be a choice for events like that.

Nothing major at my company but I would love childcare benefits or unlimited PTO or just more worklife balance. Having a family is my most important priority right now and I would love to find a company that supports that.

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.

Just to note, this is about a 25% increase compared to what I am currently making.
