Yeah for the most part. I get good insurance coverage and 25 days of PTO, which is enough for me to get in a few vacations each year. I also get a $100 wellness stipend each month which I use for my gym membership. It's not the greatest benefits package in the world, but I don't have anything to really complain about.
There’s nothing unique about my benefits, but they are decent. The health is above what I’ve had before and doesn’t take too much of my paycheck. I’d rather have a couple of solid perks vs. a ton of useless or silly ones.
To be honest, most of my perks are pretty standard—health, dental, and sometimes a modest commission structure. What’s helped my quality of life most has been flexible work hours (for client calls or traveling), occasional remote work, and generous paid time off. Some companies also offer wellness stipends or performance bonuses, but overall, I’d say the extras haven’t been life-changing.
