As a Sales Recruiter, my view on candidates applying just 90 days into a post-grad role would require meticulous thoughts and approach.
This is so because; 1. why would they be willing to leave so soon? 2. What hands on approach aligns with their skills in the new opportunity? 3. What motivated their decision to move; did they adapt in that role, did they take a look on the clarity of their careers to know if it's drifting towards a long-term/ even a short-term as to help me determine if its a genuine move/ a red flag considering their swift shift towards finding a better opportunity.

It depends on the story. If you can explain what you learned and why the role is not a fit without blaming, I would not see it as a red flag. Silence is worse than honesty.
