What's Salesforce Career for not so technical person like?

Anyone at Salesforce know how to lookup the level-grade of a specific person from the org chart?

I am an IT architect with 10 years of experience specifically in Salesforce products. I am thinking of moving from a strategy consulting role to an architecture role in Salesforce (company) itself. I have experience building tech strategies and also technical project delivery.

Wondering if it makes sense to apply for an Enterprise Architect (pre-sales) or a Senior Technical Architect role??

Also in terms of seniority and salary are these roles any different?

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

After a lot of research an thought I am leaning towards either architecture or interior design. I wanted to ask some advice from anyone working as an architect or interior designer. Have opportunity to work in my firm’s London satellite office for about a year and a half, and then come back to NY headquarters. In good standing with firm and have M&A and capital markets experience. My technical interview was on 19th Feb and received HR called me on 22nd feb for salary discussion but again on 22nd Feb 2nd HR called to have managerial round which was scheduled on 25th Feb and again got mail to submit CIS form. After submitting form didn't get any call from HR. Its been 8 days. Is i am ghosted?
