I’m afraid I’m emotionally unavailable and that by the time I figure out how to be emotionally available I’ll have lost the good guy I’m currently with. I love this guy with my head but not my heart. There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

I've started doing meditation with this group called The 'Art of Living' in New York City, and it's honestly changed my life. Can't recommend it enough for dealing with the stresses of modern life.
