The world operates in shades of gray rather than black and white, and many times it's not that you are dead wrong, it's that you have your own experience to leverage, which can always be supplemented and complimented by other points of view. Be open to seeing those other points of view and never hesitate to ask for feedback, whether from a peer/peers or your manager. Always be open to the fact that there is a better way to accomplish something, or perhaps a different way that aligns with more of those involved's viewpoints.
