Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

This is something I really need to learn how to do. I really don't want to bring work home with me, but it's super hard for me to just "disconnect" when I walk out. We've had some crazy days lately and it's hard to leave the BS at the door. I'm going to try stopping at a park that's on my way home from work for a quick walk or maybe park my car and watch an episode of a show on Netflix or something. I'll be following to see what works for others.
What I like to do is just get involved with something utterly unrelated to work. This time of year I like doing some gardening, and being actively involved with something having no screens, no phone, and no voices is so enjoyable. I've yet to have a plant contradict me!
That’s one of the hardest parts of being in customer service, some conversations linger, even on your days off. The ones where you’re called awful names by rude customers can really get under your skin. What helps me is putting on my favorite Netflix show or cooking a good meal for myself. It’s a small way to reset and distract my mind.
