Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

You are a good mom because you care about being a good mom! I’m sad the one person who validated your efforts is no longer around to support you. My youngest is now 20, and starting to realize that my mom efforts were “more than” many of the people they interact with in college. Do you best. You can only do that.
Usually the moms who beat themselves up about being a good mom are doing it right. You got this and being aware of how badly you want to be a good mom is 80% of the jobs. You got some lucky kiddos!
You could trade notes with friends who have kids your age. They may not give you the words or open validation you need, but just hearing others actions helps you assess yourself — oh my they are so overboard with sugar, I’m doing a great job, or o boy that’s a great routine I need to steal.
You kids won’t likely appreciate you until they are older. But you could show them how much you like it when they tell you nice things about your parenting. Mirror the ways you appreciate hearing you’re doing great to them and they may start doing it when they have a favor to ask, its Mother’s Day, then as it’s a habit, for no reason.
Your spouse needs to offer you the words you want to hear. Men often also need to hear what they are good at. Either tell him what you need or mimic the behavior you want. At dinner say how you helped each other together. Express thanks. Make it a new habit to acknowledge how others helped you.
You’re a good mom! 😊 Being a working mom can be extremely challenging. It really helps connecting with other working moms, especially in your field, who understand everything we have to juggle.
I don't know how old your kid is, but kids will tell you. You just have to listen. They don't say it in words. They show you that they feel safe with you, and I think that's the best we can do for them.
You’re a great mom! Keep it up!
I am an only child with a mother like yours and the children’s father was like yours. I just kept my mantra. I’m doing a great job. I’m a great mom. I worked full-time as well. It was very hard but you have to keep telling yourself that you’re doing a great job and you’re doing the best that you can. You don’t need anybody to tell you that you’re doing a good job. You need to tell yourself.
If your children are old enough to comprehend the question, ask them. They should be the best judge. Just don't do it when they are angry or in a bad mood.
this will he my first time commenting here - you are a good mom, for sure, i can tell that just from reading this *sending virtual hug*
You’re doing great! I have had talks with my husband of 10 years that I need him to use words of validation and support with me since we’re a partnership and I’ve felt that is lacking. Depending on your relationship / partnership, go for it. I remind myself of his comments back to me that he can’t read my mind, so I try to be vocal with what I need

Tell your husband what you need. Also compliments usually beget compliments, so try thanking him for his work as well.
