Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express
Don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

Get my suits from Harvey Spector's guy, not familiar with any of that nonsense
Aren't they technically "custom made"? Particularly for ~$450? How do they compare to getting a bonobos suit and having some minor tailoring work done?
Have 2 SuSu suits... they're decent. Wouldn't go back for more.
Have friends that have been to Indochino, say it's hit or miss.
I've been using EnzoCustom and love it. Price is on point and quality is unparalleled at the price level.
@BA1 : Do Thomas Pink shirts ever go on sale? Other than the business bundle.
I usually get my TP fix from gilt.com or an outlet store. If you happen to be near D.C. they have an outlet in Montgomery County, MD. Gilt.com is also a risk free option once you know your size.
Not sure if their normal stores do sales, but I've gotten shirts at the outlet as cheap as $30-55 though.
SA1, the fabric is cut to your measurements to begin with, not adjusted afterwards. This makes a huge difference in the "strain" but on the stitching throughout the jacket and the pants. No, they aren't true bespoke to the point where you're getting fabric cut/molded while ON your body, but it's the closest thing and a step above dropping a suit off to cut chopped up by a tailor.
For OP, I've only used indochino, and I've been impressed. I plan on trying black lapel next just to have a personal point of comparison. Suit supply is considered "off the rack", but is arguably the best bang for the buck when it comes to off the rack suits.
Just check Enzo customs site, looks cheap and every picture looked a bad cheap suit. You sure it's good?
Neither. Get a bespoke suit.
The Black Lapel reviews are amazing. Wondering if anyone's tried them till now?
I know it's good. You can pick whatever cloth you want up to Holland & Sherry - although that'll cost you an absurd amount.
SuSu is garbage IMO and I have 2 suits from them. I don't wear because the cut and fit are 💩 even after tailoring.
If you want to be super safe, go to Thailand and spend 800ea on a H&S suit from one of their reputable tailors in BKK
I have like 4 black lapel suits, good value imo
Suit Supply have had a good experience with them even before they opened stores in the US.
Enzo managed to butcher custom made shirts I ordered, so I wouldn't dare get a suit from them.
If not Enzo where do you get your shirts made?
Went back to off the rack shirts. Thomas Pink is my workhorse.
