How do I approach wanting to work for my client I've been on for two years? Is it acceptable to directly tell the client side or should I apply first and let them know I applied?

Hi folks, I'm a new joinee in tcs. I have been allocated to a project in tcs a month ago and still my on boarding at client side is not completed. All they say is it is stuck at client side and we'll update you. But its been more than a month. What should do in this case? Should i speak with HR or my department SPOC? Please suggest.

I have now been asked to design an architecture for an upcoming project, and document it all. Nothing at this company has been well documented before. I have a feeling they just planning to use my previous experience and then let me go since my pay is high. Is there a way I can safeguard against this?

Rant. This guy I have been talking to started making me feel bad about who I am and my roots. About how not American I am. He started calling me odd. I blocked him but now I feel inadequate.

Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there.
