Trying to explain billable hrs to hubs. I billed 160 this month, which he said “is only 40 hr weeks” (true) - but how many hrs do you figure you “work” or are in the office to bill 150?

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. -I am under 20 years old and self taught, but I work on-par with the rest of the team (all of them except me have degrees ranging from master's to PhD), I don't know how much the other team components make
-I work with embedded software development with mostly C and C++
