I got a call from HR and offer discussion was over couple of weeks back and still waiting for them to send me final mail to release offer. May I know if they take this much time to release offer, when I did a follow up call after 10 days they said they are waiting for some approval to release offer.
Any ideas i still have chances to get offer? BNY Mellon

I think when all are laid off, CEO will start doing all the work or due to boredom he will layoff himself.. Such a sick bank in the street

BNY - Beware it's Not for You
It's all downhill for BNYM. Instead of compensating their employees, seems more inclined to invest in technology for tracking employees’ RTO. Their rationale for collaborate during RTO is rather perplexing. Imagine being the sole employee for your team in a location — what’s there to collaborate? You still rely on Teams and emails for communication. Adding to the intrigue, they retain employees who contribute to project mishaps, as long as they physically show up at the office. So, leisurely post-lunch walks, coffee breaks, and extended personal phone calls in booked meeting rooms are all acceptable, as long as that office chair gets occupied thrice a week. It’s quite the balancing act!
