WFH as much as possible. I blocked pumping time and bought a second pump just for the office w a bra. Get a mini fridge and lock. I had the elvie which helped but died every 3-4 months
I did wearables on the drive in to work and home again, which got me down to only 1-2 pump sessions in the office. My firm put frosting on my windows and provided a mini-fridge and my door locks so was easy enough to pump at work. I thought I would be self conscious about pumping during calls, etc but mine was quiet enough I very quickly stopped caring and just stayed off camera if I was pumping. No one ever mentioned anything.
I found a great professional looking pump backback with a cooler section on amazon that was helpful.

I kept my pump parts in plastic baggies in my mini fridge between pumps and reused them so I didn’t have to do a full clean after each pump or bring like a million pump parts each day.

Same. I kept the mini fridge under my desk and pumped with the door closed and kept working. Bra and outfit choice was key, but it was overall nbd.
The fridge hack is the most important part if you’re comfortable with it. Otherwise I suggest getting multiple parts to not have to wash them all every time.
Either block your calendar for pumping or, if comfortable, get a wearable that is quiet and pump during calls. There are lots of bags you can use for pumping and some specifically designed for that.
Ceres chill is great for storing the milk throughout the day, too.
Mini fridge at desk. Second pump solely for office. Privacy screen if needed (my door/wall is frosted so no need). Big water bottle so you’re keeping hydrated and not constantly getting up to refill it. Block off time in your calendar for pumping so you don’t forget, push it back, lose your supply etc. Take meetings with your pump going if needed (obviously not on video) or reschedule wherever possible to guard your supply.
Second vote on the ceres chill. Huge help for keeping things in one place. I used spectra at home but Elvie stride (not regular Elvie) at office and while driving
