I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. People who are cleanliness/organization freaks and have SOs who are not as clean/organized, how do you deal with it? Just learn to live with it?

SO moved in, however they aren’t as organized (an example is closet, my clothes are neatly folded and kept while theirs are mostly a pile of rolled up clothes). It does upset me and for some reason comes across as lazy which it may or may not be. We have had one minor chat and they saw it as ‘house rules’ and were worried there may be too many rules.
