Can anybody please guide on how we can reduce our notice period upto 2 months in Cognizant ? I have a offer but on one condition that they'll entertain only on 2 months notice period.. however, I don't have any much dependency in current project and would try hard to get on notice soon. I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

After clearing both of the technical rounds HR contacted over mail for expected ctc and other things.Can anyone tell if my expected ctc is higher then is there any chance they will not reply or delay the discussion or they will straight away deny??
