I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. Split on the value of MBA. I am a Big4 Consulting Manager, (5 YOE, 2 of those at Manager level). I’ve progressed fast without MBA to this point, and MBA hires come in to my firm as Seniors which is below my level (appreciate they get paid more). I want to transition to industry. Is there value in me doing a MBA? I have no debt, so would be nervous taking on so much in student loans but I am trying to play the long game here. So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.
