Pre-IPO tech, BizOps:
+ Cash comp: $250K
+ Equity: $130K/year at current internal valuation

Seed-stage, Chief of Staff:
+ Currently valued at $100M after $12M in financing

This is for a BizOps role & they have a team of 20-30. What cash + equity % would make sense to switch over for?

Got industry offer at bank, cyber. Would be going from 110 to 130. Perks are comparable. I feel like it is on lower end of comp based on Glassdoor and elsewhere. Considering countering at 135-140.

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.
