Can anyone give advice on when you’re in a junior role and not being taken seriously.
For example, noticing something is wrong / could be done more efficiently. How do you get the confidence to point these out? Also, how do you respond when people don’t take you seriously because of your age?
I too often feel like I’m not treated as well as others because I’m younger, even though I know I have good ideas that could help efficiency!

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
