Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

I think it’s a bad idea.
If you provide a real value to your client, you won’t need a gimmick
I’ve never seen it done, and you’d probably be opening yourself up to some major compliance issues. How does one measure satisfaction? What happens when you disagree with the unsatisfied client? Work with people who are willing to pay a good fee for good work and hold each other accountable.
Isn't this is not allowed? I'm pretty sure that it's somewhere in one of the insurance licenses or one of the series exams but I think this is one of the rules of the industry that you can't offer money-back guarantees.
I think that would cause more headache than needed
Great idea! After the first market downturn, you can enter the honorable retail trades selling shoes at the local department store and live in your parent’s basement. At least you won’t have to worry about a website!
Couldn’t that be called rebating?
Nope, living in someone else’s basement is called “mooching.” If you mean “money back guarantees,” that’s called “lunacy."
We offer a refund of financial planning fees if the client isn’t satisfied. Don’t advertise it but it is in the contract. Never asset-management fees though.
Not legal. If you want to offer an incentive, reduce fees by 10 bps if a client refers you a client of equal or greater value.
