Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen those emails but this one hurt more than the others. I sat in my car and just cried. Hiding from my family, so they wouldn’t feel bad with me. I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
Now i m confused what had happened and what to do on bench.
Please help me out here cause I m finding it too difficult here to change the role.

Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
Question is should I be in Mindtree till my next promotion to C2 or should I switch after completion of 1 year in Mindtree? What hike can I expect for Web developer after switching.
I'm having total 14 months experience including Mindtree.

Accenture retaining me by giving 19.5 Fixed + 27% Variable = 24.76 LPA CTC applicable from 1st Dec21 along with GCP role.
Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.
