TCS offered 20.5LPA (18 Fixed + 2.5 Variable) CTC C3B for 10.7 YOE SAP HANA.
Accenture retaining me by giving 19.5 Fixed + 27% Variable = 24.76 LPA CTC applicable from 1st Dec21 along with GCP role.
Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments
