Interviewer - tell me business model of cred , how they earn

Me- umm , they get some commission from on cc partners, they get user data which they can use for there analysis and offer them customised products in future.

Interviewer - no no not that

Me - ok yeah they have a shop section also. They get paid for on boarding different vendors on their platform. Continued

Been with company for 2.5 years in a SFA role, and they just let me hire an associate financial analyst reporting into me. My manager never mentioned anything in regards to a promotion, but when I asked, I was told that there will be an evaluation period before any promotion is given. Has anyone else had this before, where you are managing someone but they don’t give you a promotion? Sounds bizarre to me that they allow me to hire someone but then are hesitant to promote.

Can/should I represent myself (or in other words do not hire a buyer’s agent) when buying a new construction? Will I get the 3% that would have gone to the buyer’s agent, that i can put towards closing cost? I wouldn’t do this if buying an older property but I can’t think of much that an agent would add value in new construction purchase to justify the 3% cost. Thoughts/suggestions/guidance? I'm getting a good offer from Coforge, which is 15 lac more than my current in Deloitte. In D, I've been tagged into a run the business kind of project, with not much innovation, but slightly complex in Salesforce. I don't have any interest in this domain. I'm confused bcoz it's been just a year in D, I joined D in an hope to climb the corporate ladder, get good exposure, none of which is happening - negativity about job security in Coforge, though SF jobs are plenty.

Does EY GDS have any bench policy?
