Initial hr round and salary negotiation completed and I was informed that offer letter will be released soon,

A week before they informed me it's still in approval state with management,

Now suddenly the status in pwc changed from in progress to not selected

I should move on or can expect some information from them?

Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .

I just had my first behavioural interview with VCA for a Digital Consulting Manager role and the Dir said he was going to progress me to the next round.

I have never worked in consulting before, my background is all project management/marketing/advertising and I have an MBA. Wondering if anyone can give me an idea of the type of case questions they've been asked during their interviews for VCA.

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

I just boomeranged to Google from a very hyped, private fintech - and my experience there was completely miserable. Bad culture, input vs output oriented perf, bureaucratic, etc.

I feel relieved to be out of that mix, but I feel so invalidated by friends, colleagues etc who gaslight by saying publicly how great the company was - even when many of them would reveal to me in private (often in tears) that they were miserable too. I feel very alone in my experience and (cont in comments)

@PWC is worst company for freshers. They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral. Which is best to join between PWC AC Bangalore with permanent wfh and NTT Data business solutions with hybrid work. Salary is almost same : NTT data - 24 LPA fixed and no variable. Where as PWC 21 LPA fixed with upto 20% variable. YOE is 7 years in SAP SD functional consultant.
