Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It’s regional production teams—east, central and west, with a head of studio and production for each—studio is the graphics, editing, and post—-production is the traditional creative work. The emphasis is on keeping the work in house as much as possible. It’s good opportunity for mid levels but more stressful higher up navigating the management layer given the ridiculous targets.
You are in the same bldg as creative but you are a different PNL with different targets. Ie, the creatives wanna use third party services and you need to capture as much spend as possible.
I was at TBWA but laid off in June, maybe July.
