Solid tips or strategies on cutting back on alcohol? My bf & I were moderate drinkers before the pandemic, but over the year I’m fairly confident we’ve become heavy drinkers (6-7days/wk). I’m stressed about it and have mentioned cutting back for a while, but he insists we’re fine. I find it rly difficult to go cold turkey or cut by myself when he’s still drinking as “normal” and we share our living space. We’re aware of all the health risks, but that alone hasn’t changed us. Question for my friend at KPMG. Her MDs and Partners have been directing her to eat her hours. If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD. I work at deloitte and have never been told to do this and thought it honestly was illegal. Thoughts? Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).
