Capgemini HR had asked to get counter offers before 1 week of joining and he will give counter offers on that. i have sent him the offer letter now he is not responding and i have only 2 days left to decide what should i do in this case? I don’t want to join the company with which i have highest offer with as I saw reviews everywhere its like hire and fire company so i need job security. Any suggestions please with capgemini atleast try to match the offer?

How do you handle the next day after being up until 4am the night before on a deal? My other deal teams don’t know I was up so late, but obviously I’m going to be much slower in the morning. It sounds whiny to say “sorry for the delay I was up all night” when everyone else is also so busy...
