Happy Sunday Everyone!
Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

I love Strong if you want to do free weights.
You can import programs (or it has some prebuilt ones). Most importantly - it shows you how to do every exercise in the library via a GIF embedded.
It’s very convenient even for an experienced lifter who wants to make sure the form is exactly correct.
Would recommend a good trainer. By good I mean someone who has been to college for health and fitness and works with athletes/lives and breaths fitness and wellness.
This will cost more in the short run but you will learn how to lift and recover properly and after a few months you’ll be able to do your own thing.
Making the investment will also force you to really get into it.
