Career advice needed.Currently working in ACN with 18.2 lpa fixed.Holding an offer from Barclays with 24 lpa fixed and BA4 grade. I have been selected in hsbc for GCB 6 grade . Current they are saying they can’t match barclays offer . Should i push hr?How much should i ask.Role :Business Analyst and yoe: 8+. Fyi in Barclays i have joining in oct 2025 i.e immediate after my LWD however in hsbc joining is in Jan 2026 due to headcount constraints. Apart from monitory which company should I choose?
