Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. Just cannot get into my job lately. I don’t know if it’s the hormones, the upcoming FET transfer next week, or if I’m truly just over my company. I’ve been there 5 1/2 years. I started out as an executive assistant and last year I created a path for myself for communications. Almost a year into the role, a new manager was brought on, to my surprise. She is great, but I’m finding I don’t have enthusiasm for this role at all. I don’t think I have a choice to go back to being an executive assistant

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

I grew up very poor. I get extreme anxiety and shame when I spend money above $20. Deep down I feel like I should scrounge and save every penny.
