Chat GPT was my ghost writer for my annual performance self-evaluation.

I'd be very wary of using an AI program to write anything I was going to pass off as my own. But as long as you edited and revised, you probably avoided the obvious problems of trusting AI. That's the real value of AI, using it to brainstorm, or make very basic organizing decisions, and then providing human intervention to construct usable and acceptable work.

Lol how'd it turn out? I feel like that's the perfect use of Chat GPT, boring writing that only needs to get the details right but doesn't need to have any style or flair.

I’m in the same boat as you. I use the free version.

Hmmm ... Kind of defeats the purpose of a "self-evaluation" don't you think?

likefunny

I've always found the idea of a self-evaluation pointless; and I hate that I have to do one every year. I'd rather just get their evaluation and be done with the whole thing.

I pulled in 1.7 million in projects against a 40 million dollar portfolio. As long as you are killing it. There is no need to use AI to say how great you are just be concise and bring the work. The rest takes care of itself.

Use AI so you can spend your valuable time elsewhere.

Great idea!

We have a tool to write the performance reviews in the desired style, where I work. I used it because otherwise, I'd have to decline about half of the reviews I was asked for. It doesn't do all the work, you have to describe your interaction with the person, but it produce a (very good actually) text to put in the review.

What did you “feed it” to get the results?

OMG why didn't I think to do this?!? I literally struggled to get mine done and turned it in at the very last minute. I always forget to use Chat GPT for things like this. Genius idea.

did u leak your company's internal projects and achievements to OpenAI?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?
