Citi recent put me in PIP , when asked for reason my manager just stated that I have 3 rating from past 3 years. With PIP my notice period has been started but there is no official mail for notice period stating LWD and HR is not even providing any official mail stating my LWD as per notice. What can I do?
Even when I am applying for job , companies are asking what will be my LWD or resignation mail before releasing any Offer.
