After months of depression and suicidal thoughts, I had a big realization that pulled me out of it.. that I’m alone in the world and I can’t rely on anyone else but myself. As a chronic people pleaser, this was liberating.

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?

Would you say your job got easier or harder since Covid started?

To the people that dump loads of $$$ on mobile or computer games as a way to chill after a crazy day, why do you do it? I am thinking there has to be better way to cope.

Question: Girl friends parents finally came over for a ristha. Everything went great or so I thought but now she wants to time to think about moving forward. The pain point she brought up is that we are in different states and she is feeling pressed. Although in that time she has started communicating less and I literally had to beg her to get on face time. My gut says she wants to end it but unsure. Any advice ? To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

I think that I have eating disorder. I am always hungry but when I get food I can’t finish it, usually I am done after 2-3 bites and then I am hungry again after an hour. Anyone has similar issues? Have you been to a nutritionist or dietitian? If yes, is it covered by Insurance?

Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K?
