Clients are on one with deductions lately. Apparently paralegals should be doing discovery responses.

I had a deduction claiming that “draft analysis of applicable case law into MSJ” was a paralegal task. However, I’m pretty sure that client had an algorithm that was designed just to cut 1/3 of the bill no matter what so I don’t think it mattered what was put down.

Hi , can anyone tell me what’s the ctc in phonepe for Accounts payable analyst .
And also ctc for a person with 1.5yrs of experience in a financial analyst role or similar roles .

I’m a bit self-conscious about what people think of me, and I feel like this is hindering my ability to act the way a manager should. It’s my first time in this type of role and I’m realizing I have some growth to do if I wanna keep the job.

I’m in my 2nd month as an internal hire (formerly a Pricing Analyst). I did negotiate for a higher salary when I made the transition receiving nothing but the promise of a conversation to reevaluate in three months.

I’ve been able to hit the ground running, picking up the slack, and have delivered tickets as if I was already a Business Analyst.

I work at a small Midwest ID firm doing mostly MVAs for an Insurance Carrier. Currently have a case where where plaintiff is claiming extensive lost wages from missing tips from working as a bartender/waitress. Place of employment is a strip club, I got a feeling she’s a dancer not a bartender or waitress. But it got me wondering has anyone ran into someone claiming lost wages or revenue from being an OF creator and not being able to crate content due to injury?

Anyone have any suggestions for getting a client to cooperate with discovery. We were retained by a insurance company for their insured and he has not returned emails or phone calls in about 4 weeks. The company has been made aware of the insured’s noncooperation but they have tell us they’re pulling coverage for us to withdraw.
