What kinds of books, podcasts, TED talks, etc would you recommend for a recent college grad who has low self esteem, is professionally immature and for whom the prospect of entering the world of work is daunting and stressful?

Debating between two offers, $105k at Deloitte or $120k at Guidehouse. Is GH worth the extra $$$ or should I go with the brand recognition of D? Both offers have already gone through negotiations.

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. Got hired as a digital strategy consultant. I have over 10 years of industry experience but I’m new to consulting. What courses, workshops or books would you recommend to build a solid toolkit?

I was offered a contractor role (~20 hours a week) at 90/hour. This is extremely attractive because it’ll double my income (and the tax deductions from 1099 are solid). With that being said, I also want to see what kind of conflicts I can see given that I’m at a B4 firm.
