I resigned on 5th of June, as I was on bench I requested for early exit on 16th of June. So I can join another company on 23rd of June but whenever I asked for update from HR they kept on saying that still this need to be approved and we are waiting for approvals.

Now my new employer is telling me that if you can't join on 23rd I can't help you with anything.
I don't know what to do guys, I am worried about it
