Any openings for cloudera databricks ?
I have applied to several positions up Google. I have not heard anything back at all. No matter if I customize my résumé to the job description I still don’t hear anything back. I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?

As an ex-DXC employee, I began my IT career with the expectation that DXC, with its lineage from HP, one of the world's most valuable companies, would offer me a rewarding experience. However, this was not the case, and I was forced to leave because my ex-TL a bloody frustrated veteran of CSC tormented me even in the notice period in that project which had 44 customers and due to stress I almost went bald at 24. Though it's sad to see the dwindling fate of DXC, the inconvenient truth is this company is digging its own grave. This is what happens when the management loves to intimidate and harass innocent junior resources who just want to learn something.
Majority of Indian managers across the industry are same. Many resort to such behaviour just for the sake of survival and protect their jobs. Also, they might have some personal interests. E.g: protect a particular employee over you etc..
May I know who confirmed to you?
A senior person who has a good knowledge on these matters, this is all i can say
I have a friend in hrsd he confirmed to me, they are looking into freshers more, also it takes atleast 3 months prior to have the rollout process started.
LOI is different, but the company's image is permanent, they should not be seen as someone who goes back on their word. And yes it does take a long time for hike process and letters through workday which hasn't started, anyway we have a townhall, they will confirm here
