Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Heard that we will get increased salary from Nov including Oct arrears
The point is to assign additional work to promoted employees as part of their new position without paying them the revised compensation. This way they'll get an Ass con to work as a consultant for an extra month before he gets his bonus and resigns!
The increment will be effective from October but will be received in arrears with the November salary.
