Controversial view, but honest one: every day we keep hearing about consulting companies reducing their numbers and laying off people, at the same time the interest of expats to come to Dubai is at all-time peak levels… however the level of consultants in this region (junior ones; but even at some senior too) is so but so subpar. And not referring to nationals, even the westerns coming here there’s so many that are really a disaster
