This is CRAZY! My friend's daughter who is a resident said her program suggested that she's supposed to volunteer in her off-time. What "off-time" do residents have? Hospitals are receiving millions of dollars through the federal government and now they are trying to ask for free labor without providing proper PPE?

Is 7 weeks enough time to prepare for FAR if you’re not working?

Hi everyone! I worked as emt in a rural ems agency for just about 4 years but left my job last November to take a mental break- ended up at dental front office. I’m struggling as I miss the type of fulfillment from working with the public & miss the connections I made working with such a dynamic group. Wondering if anyone has experienced the same?? Or If were to purse continuing towards my previous goal paramedic how do you guys prevented/help aid your mental burnout/empathy burnout.
