How does everyone deal with commercial satisfaction with regards to how and why features were prioritized the way they were? Obviously, there are always going to be dissatisfied people because they feel their feature requests were the most important, but no matter how transparent or how often I communicate the how's and why's, it seems to always be there. Is this just how it is?

I’m having issues lately because they won’t give me a budget for content they want to make for their site/Instagram.
