Curious to know what companies out there are now 100% remote. Anyone work for a company that is now remote?

I started my career as an org social coordinator. 2 years later I’m now a generalist (Work in progress) - but I manage Google ads, org social, blog, seo, PR & affiliate programs.

I learned all of the above within 6 months and now own all those channels as an associate… not a manager (and won’t be one until we hire someone for me to manage as per my boss).

In your opinion, what should my salary look like if I have a remote job living in NY? I know I am currently underpaid..

Can anyone please let me know, is tcs banglore, start wfh or they are resuming offices?

Anyone move from Jersey city/NJ to NYC? If your office is based out of nyc, but you’ve been living and wfh in NJ, how much more % do you end up paying in city taxes if you move to nyc? Other pros/ cons/ would you recommend moving in your late 20s?

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Who invented the Hybrid work culture.
It should either WFH or WFO
What is your thoughts on this?

Are there any LA brands/agencies who would consider a candidate that’s not in LA... aka work from home (same time zone though)? 🤔

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). For a number of places, I have indicated that I am looking for a remote position, which is maybe a negative.
