My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ? Need suggestion. Got an offer with a product company A through referrel with just 70% hike. They initially told me to not look for any offer as it is a referral.

Now, I got another offer with around 150% in another product company B. Joining date in both are by next week. How to politely reject the offer from Company A ( they won't match the new offer). I am afraid if there is any consequences.
