Curious what tools/exercises other designers use when pressure testing new concepts. We jumped immediately into testing mid-fidelity wireframes with users and it feels premature imo.

Exhausted by entitled clients that are just plain nasty. Is it just me or are clients everywhere getting more demanding and treating their agencies worse?
