Expectation was 40 fixed + 15% Variable
Before L1 HR : budget is fixed 35 + 15% variable
Post L2 and doc submission HR : budget is fixed 30 + 10% variable
Grade offered - Manager 1

I got my offer last year to join in Sept this year. Recently, I was made aware by people in the firm that there is an increase in salary across the board including my role. Some people joining the same role have received a new offer letters, but I didn't. How should I write to the recruiter to ask? (it's a significant increase of ~20% 🥺)

Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
