Is the bench larger than normal?

Hi fishes, I recently got an offer from Epam anywhere (Lead Software Engineer A4) - 30LPA and Uplers - 32LPA (offer being rolled out) So far i really like EPAM anywhere as an employer but overall CTC is not satisfactory.. I am aware of their 50k bench policy but i think i can ask for a fixed CTC as per the new salary structure (correct me if i am wrong here) Do you guys think i can counter EPAM anywhere with the higher offer. What's the salary range for Lead Software Engineer A4?@ TIA

Question: I joined EY around a month back. On bench still and nobody apart from HR has contacted me. I have found another offer in the meanwhile. They are prepared to give me a 50% hike on EY's package. Should I take it or wait? My friends say, frequent job hopping will affect my resume. Tbh, I spent 6years at my last organization and EY is my first switch. I'm unhappy so far and don't think its a right fit for me. Any advice? Should I wait or go? Or negotiate with HR in EY against this offer?

Hi fiserv, How is bench policy in mphasis. I have heard that if you are more than one month on bench, you will not get salary till you are not assigned with any project. Is it true.

This is my first week at D. I filled my DTE with the GAA code for the 5 days since in bench. In staffit for Mon and tue automatically it showed 8 hrs for training and is showing empty for Wed thur Fri.. Do I need to update anything in staffit? Or just click confirm schedule?

Need advice: 3.5 years experience in consulting - not been on the bench once and always received very good client feedback. Now its time for me to get promoted to Manager this summer, however all my peers (around 10) try as well. Most of these have been mostly on the bench or helping out on internal projects, so they got Partner visibility. I however, always away on projects, making money for the firm, don't get visibility. Ive been told, chances are low for my promotion. I feel betrayed.

I am currently working in a project and the work that I am doing is not in line with my learning plan. So, I am looking out a way to get a release/roll off from the project/client. Can someone help me in understand the process for getting a release? Or is there any alternative solution for the same? Thank you!

Looks like a massive Exodus happened in Deloitte? Trying to staff a project and there is literally no one to staff with (at least Salesforce practice) and we are having to reach out to contractors.
