I'm disappointed in this industry. I'm inhouse at a large company doing the work of a mid level AD yet recruiters look at my title and think "contract email designer" or some other very low job.
Have found it really hard to pivot & land a job industry despite strong resume & skillset. Either pay cut is too steep or no experience in new field leads to a no. Any tips for career switchers? 5 YOE
